Olive Lace Dress

Happy Friday eve! What a week it’s been for me. I was lucky enough to end my first full week of 2018 with the stomach virus. Woohoo, lucky me! (can you sense my sarcasm?) Thankfully, I got over it relatively quickly and was well in time to travel for a work trip to a much warmer location. None of this has made it very easy this week to keep up with my posts. I mean, I love you guys and all, but when you’ve got a stomach bug, it’s difficult to turn on the computer, let alone get a coherent and rational thought put on screen. Here’s hoping 2018 will be much healthier than it started! (cheers to that)

Now, on to bigger better things, like this olive lace dress. I used to shy away from olive green tones thinking that the color wouldn’t look good on me. Seems now I do nothing but gravitate towards this color. Oh how things can change, especially when it comes to style. Bonus is, this olive lace dress comes in a maroon color and is on sale for under $70! I love the fitted waist and the oh-so-tiny bell sleeve effect. And really, it’s lace, so that’s all I really needed to know. It’s perfect for cooler months, especially with a black leather moto jacket or even a pea coat.

P.S. These Le Specs sunglasses happen to be on sale for under $30! You’re welcome. (wink wink).
